Objectives

The Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers ("ALCO") aims at

Bringing together Compliance Officers from banks, Financial Sector Professionals and the Insurance sector in Luxembourg in order to:

Constitute a national representative body,

Work out a uniform approach with regard to laws and regulations,

Engage in dialogue with relevant authorities

As mentioned in its Statutes:

"It aims at enhancing communication and exchange of ideas between its members through regular meetings, participation in internal and external working groups, as well as by organizing conferences and debates regarding ethical and compliance issues for the financial sector in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg."

"It also suggests to tie-up contacts with foreign associations sharing a similar aim."
