Alco will only use personal information for the purpose for which it was collected. If any other use is contemplated other than that which is disclosed to the individual, Alco will first obtain the permission for the new use from that individual before Alco uses the information in such a manner.

You are entitled under the law on the Protection of Persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data of August 2, 2002 to access the personal information that Alco holds about you. If you believe any detail of your personal information to be incorrect, you may request that it be corrected. In doing this, you agree to pay Alco the reasonable charges requested by Alco in relation to the time and attendance involved in complying with your request in this regard.
